We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure you are fully informed about our cancellation and refund processes. 1. Cancellation of Services Since we provide online services, cancellations are only possible under specific circumstances: Before Service Delivery: You may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund if you cancel the service before it has been delivered (i.e., before any access to the service has been granted or scheduled). After Service Delivery: Once the service has been accessed or delivered (such as logging into a course, attending a training session, or using any other service), cancellations are not possible. 2. Refund Policy Eligible Refunds: If Service Has Not Been Delivered: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and the service has not yet been delivered or accessed, you will receive a full refund. Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the service, contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be fixed, you may be eligible for a refund or an alternative solution. Ineligible Refunds: After Service Has Been Accessed or Delivered: Once you have accessed or used the service, no refunds will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to, logging into a course, attending a training session, or utilizing any digital content. Subscription Services: If you have purchased a subscription or ongoing service, cancellations may be requested at any time, but refunds are only applicable to the unused portion of the service. No refund will be given for any period in which the service has already been used. 3. How to Cancel or Request a Refund: Cancellation: To cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us at support@venusacademy.in within 24 hours of purchase. Include your order number, the service you purchased, and your cancellation request. Refund Process: Once your cancellation request is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. 4. Exceptions: Promotional and Discounted Services: Refunds are not available for services purchased during promotional or discounted offers, unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.
